Real Estate Licensed Transaction Director

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Transaction Director, this remote position will manage the onboarding of new client accounts, ensure successful transitions, and provide dedicated transaction management support for a specific client within the NYC market.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead transaction management account transitions and special projects, acting as the primary contact for Account Teams and clients
• Set and drive transition objectives, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and managing escalations
• Develop and oversee transition budgets, ensuring all contractual obligations and deliverables are met using best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Real Estate License
• Minimum 10 years of transaction management experience, ideally with technology clients
• Expertise in process development and change management leadership
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading teams through complex transitions
