Real Estate Licensed Virtual Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Sales Manager who will elevate team performance and drive exceptional guest and owner experiences in the Virtual Sales division.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and elevate Sales Executives through ongoing performance guidance and virtual presentation support
• Partner with sales leadership to implement strategic initiatives and support revenue and conversion goals
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure seamless virtual experiences for guests and team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of timeshare/vacation ownership In-House Sales experience with a proven leadership track record
• Strong closing skills and advanced customer service capabilities
• Ability to coach and mentor sales professionals in a virtual environment
• Experience with digital platforms such as Salesforce and virtual sales technology
• Valid Real Estate license (where applicable)
