Real Estate Manager 1

Job Summary

A company in the Real Estate industry is looking for a Real Estate Manager 1.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and site tours to find potential real estate sites for development
• Negotiate leases and draft real estate documents, such as LOI's and lease agreements
• Develop and implement strategic long-range real estate planning to optimize portfolio

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Commercial Real Estate experience or commercial brokerage experience
• Prior success in Commercial Real Estate with a strong ability to drive transactions from site identification to lease implementation
• Able to build long-range real estate financial models
• Proven ability to negotiate LOI's, leases, PSA's, and sublease agreements
• Ability to partner with Third-Party Brokerage partners to analyze opportunities within the portfolio and develop cost-saving strategies
