Job Summary

A company in the Real Estate industry is looking for a Real Estate Manager 1.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis and site tours to find potential real estate sites for development
Negotiate leases and draft real estate documents, such as LOI's and lease agreements
Develop and implement strategic long-range real estate planning to optimize portfolio

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of Commercial Real Estate experience or commercial brokerage experience
Prior success in Commercial Real Estate with a strong ability to drive transactions from site identification to lease implementation
Able to build long-range real estate financial models
Proven ability to negotiate LOI's, leases, PSA's, and sublease agreements
Ability to partner with Third-Party Brokerage partners to analyze opportunities within the portfolio and develop cost-saving strategies
