Real Estate Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Manager to support its real estate expansion strategy and manage lease-related transactions across the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate market strategy and lead site selection for projects in assigned territory
• Negotiate leases, purchases, and build-to-suits under demanding timeframes for various real estate agreements
• Work with legal counsel to prepare and review real estate-related legal documents efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business, real estate, finance, or economics
• 3-5+ years of corporate real estate transaction experience in a multi-site operating company or real estate services firm
• Experience in lease and contract negotiations, particularly in ground-up developments and Build to Suit projects
• Working knowledge of real estate calculations and underwriting principles
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
