Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Long Haul Site Acquisition & Permitting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of site acquisition and permitting project managers
• Drive program readouts, reporting on KPIs/KGPs, budget, and schedule performance
• Oversee vendor management, ensuring contract compliance and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Real Estate License and Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, permitting, or infrastructure deployment
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing teams
• Experience negotiating land purchases and leases
• Strong understanding of zoning, land use, and permitting processes
