Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and highly organized full-time Real Estate Onboarding Analyst, this remote position will manage the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring owner satisfaction through effective communication and coordination with internal teams across various functions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Onboarding to develop a comprehensive onboarding platform
- Communicate proactively with new clients throughout the onboarding process, from initial contact to property inspection
- Ensure timely inspections, renovations, and property marketing to meet client service level agreements (SLAs)
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Local Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of start date
- 2+ years of experience in real estate and customer service
- Ability to work in a remote environment conducive to undistracted work
