Supporting commercial real estate investment activities, the contract Real Estate Operations Analyst will manage property and asset management operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Charlotte, NC or New York, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Supports property and asset management operations across the Real Estate division
- Collaborates with the team to onboard and offboard investments and create an organized document repository
- Monitors key risk areas and assists with updates to policies and procedures
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in commercial real estate operations
- Strong and proven analytical skills
