Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee leasing, construction, and property management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lease proposals and manage tenant relations
• Coordinate construction projects and oversee property management tasks
• Manage financial responsibilities including budgeting and invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred, or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
• 5 years of property management experience required
• 2 years of leasing and construction experience required
• Valid driver's license upon hire required
