Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eviction processes, compliance initiatives, and maintain the Evictions Tracker
• Coordinate legal case support and maintain visibility into ongoing legal matters
• Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and manage data accuracy across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, property management, or legal operations
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and partnering with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and landlord-tenant laws
• Experience with data systems and property management platforms
• Real estate license (or ability to obtain) preferred
