Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of deals and update closing checklists and trackers
• Prepare documents and coordinate the execution of closing packages
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing leases and title commitments

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
• Proficient with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
