Job Summary

Supporting the Legal Team in various commercial real estate matters, the full-time Real Estate Paralegal will manage document review, transaction support, and the deployment of AI and technology tools to enhance legal workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supports the deployment and use of AI and technology tools to improve document review and workflow automation for the Real Estate Legal team
• Manages all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate closings
• Assists attorneys with leasing efforts, including reviewing lease language, providing interpretations, and drafting real estate documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-10 years of related experience in commercial real estate
• License/certification in a relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to use or support the implementation of AI and technology tools
• Experience with commercial real estate leases, acquisitions, and closing documents
