Real Estate Paralegal
Job Summary
Managing a pipeline of real estate transactions, the full-time Real Estate Paralegal will prepare closing documents, conduct due diligence, and coordinate with various stakeholders while working remotely from their home office.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing a pipeline of deals and updating closing checklists and trackers
- Preparing documents and coordinating the execution of closing packages
- Conducting due diligence by reviewing leases, title commitments, and surveys
Required qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal at a mid to large-sized law firm
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
- Proficient with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
