Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and updating closing checklists and trackers
Preparing documents and coordinating the execution of closing packages
Conducting due diligence, including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys

Required Qualifications:

4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
Bachelor's degree
Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus
Fluent with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS and deed plotting software, and equipped to work remotely
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
