Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee real estate activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies for properties to optimize efficiency
• Manage relationships with regional business unit leaders and third-party service providers to ensure alignment with real estate objectives
• Negotiate leases and manage all real estate transactions within the assigned region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, and portfolio management
• Experience in preparing and implementing capital and operating budgets
• Proven skills in lease/contract negotiation and management
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party service providers using KPIs
