Job Summary
To support the real estate services team, the full-time salaried Real Estate Portfolio Specialist will manage accounting, reporting, and legal research tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and execute lease renewals to minimize real estate risk
- Prepare financial reports and coordinate move in/move out processes with operators
- Audit lease abstracts for data accuracy and ensure compliance with legal documents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field
- Three years or more of experience in commercial real estate, legal, or transaction administration
- Proficiency in Costar real estate manager and related software
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization
