Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Project Delivery Associate Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead multiple expansion and renovation projects across the AMER region, focusing on large-scale projects in New York
• Coordinate project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule while meeting internal business objectives
• Facilitate communication among project team members and manage design stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• A higher education certificate in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is desirable
• Experience in the project design and delivery process, particularly with capital real estate projects
• Professional registration and advanced training in relevant fields are welcomed
• Understanding of regulatory agency processes and compliance requirements for project delivery
• Experience with outsourced project management and vendor selection processes
