Job Summary

Managing Real Estate transactions remotely, the full-time Global Real Estate Project Development Manager will oversee lease negotiations, acquisitions, and asset management while providing strategic guidance for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Real Estate transactions across various segments and functions in the designated region
• Manage relationships with multiple vendors and suppliers in the Real Estate market
• Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding Real Estate needs and maintain lease administration systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Finance and Real Estate preferred
• 12 years of related business experience, including 5 years in Project Management
• 4 years of Real Estate Lease Administration experience
• 4 years of Real Estate Contract Negotiation experience
• Advanced degree preferred
