Job Summary

To support large-scale legal projects, the remote contract Real Estate Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams, implement Organizational Change Management plans, and communicate project risks while ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
• Implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans using the Adkar Model
• Communicate project risks and develop mitigation strategies effectively

Required qualifications

• PMP certification and proven project management skills
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in dynamic environments
• Prior experience with Organizational Change Management in large-scale projects
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Real estate background with knowledge of office openings and facilities coordination is a plus
