Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all stages of the market sales process, including pricing, negotiations, and contract management
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on inventory status and performance
• Develop collaborative relationships with agent partners and internal teams to streamline processes and achieve sales goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales or a comparable role
• Proven ability to conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for effective pricing
• Strong knowledge of conventional financing guidelines
• Active Real Estate License preferred
• Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative attitude
