Job Summary
Focused on managing high volumes of inbound leads, the full-time Real Estate Sales Development Representative will respond quickly to client inquiries, facilitate connections with Business Development Managers, and maintain accurate CRM documentation in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads and respond within 60 seconds
- Document lead statuses and maintain follow-up cadences in the CRM
- Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers and ensure professional handoffs
Required qualifications:
- Confident and personable on the phone with strong rapport-building skills
- Experience in customer-facing phone work, preferably in sales or service roles
- Comfortable using various technologies, including CRMs and dialers
- Able to efficiently manage tasks in a high-volume environment
- Quick to adapt to new systems and processes
