Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Coordinate negotiations and manage lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and dispositions
• Track transaction activity and prepare financial documentation, including commissions and forecasts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
