Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisitions and dispositions
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and coordinate lease negotiations
• Track transaction activity, prepare financial documents, and contribute to operational plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience with industrial and flex transactions is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Highly sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
