Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposition
• Coordinate negotiations and track transaction activities, including leases and sales
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and secure high-value properties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
• Advanced organizational skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
