Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Senior Transaction Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for real estate activities
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and manage lease renewals and acquisitions
• Coordinate negotiations and track transaction activities while collaborating with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience may be considered
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational and advanced math skills
