Job Summary
Overseeing a remote transaction management team, the full-time Transaction Management Director will manage commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations and property dispositions, while supervising staff and ensuring alignment with client goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
- Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure project adherence and client satisfaction
- Evaluate financial analyses and prepare comprehensive client reports and presentations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Real Estate Salesperson license required
- Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
- Strong leadership skills to achieve departmental targets and manage complex information exchanges
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and capable of performing complex financial calculations
