Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to oversee transaction management activities in commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the transaction management team, including performance evaluations and hiring
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Negotiate commercial leases and manage property acquisitions to meet client requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and intermediate math skills
