Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties
• Coordinate negotiations for leases and sales, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Track transaction activities and contribute to the development of new products and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience may be considered
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills
