Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Strategy and Planning Senior Director - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and daily activities management
• Drive strategic operations for revenue growth, profitability, and business development while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage departmental financial evaluations and marketing collateral, and direct the resolution of complex business problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• Leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
