Real Estate Site Selector

Job Summary

To support the company's growth, the full-time Real Estate Site Selector will locate, research, and secure optimal site locations while working remotely, with a preference for candidates in the Cincinnati or Columbus, OH markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential sites for suitability and present findings to senior management
• Build and maintain a network of stakeholders, including landowners and consultants, to facilitate site selection
• Negotiate agreements with property owners and coordinate the municipal approval process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial real estate or relevant internal experience
• Valid Driver's license
• Proficiency with general office equipment
