Job Summary

A company is looking for an FM Solutions Principal to manage and design integrated facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and project management of EFM solutions across various product offerings
• Present and defend EFM solutions to clients, ensuring competitive messaging and pricing justification
• Coordinate with regional teams to aggregate solutions and communicate progress to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Leadership skills to achieve targets impacting multiple departments
• Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
