Job Summary
A company is looking for a Real Estate Specialist to support lease administration and facilities coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lease administration, including tracking critical dates and maintaining lease records
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities needs and support maintenance requests and vendor documentation
- Provide cross-functional support to various teams and assist with reporting and process consistency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role related to real estate or facilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of real estate or facilities management systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
