Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Specialist to support lease administration and facilities coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with lease administration, including tracking critical dates and maintaining lease records
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities needs and support maintenance requests and vendor documentation
  • Provide cross-functional support to various teams and assist with reporting and process consistency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or support role related to real estate or facilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
