Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain favorable relationships with landowners to increase company revenue through acquisition and investment programs
• Negotiate easements, land acquisitions, lease modifications, and other transactions according to pre-established investment criteria
• Manage an assigned portfolio of sites, prioritizing tasks based on management direction and ensuring high contact rates with landowners

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing data accurately
• Capability to lift up to 15 pounds and maintain visual acuity
