Job Summary

Managing site acquisition vendors, the contract Network Real Estate Specialist will ensure successful project delivery and transition to the Construction Team while working remotely and coordinating with various stakeholders across Northern California and Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track project milestones and vendor performance
• Conduct lease due diligence and communicate with landlords and property owners
• Perform zoning reviews, attend public hearings, and escalate project issues to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Strong vendor management and project management capabilities
• Experience with lease review and real estate documentation
