Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve inquiries from landlords and tenants regarding lease and real estate rights
• Evaluate lease terms, negotiate with tenants for favorable terms, obtain landlord consents
• Abstract real estate and lease terms into company systems, ensure compliance with tax codes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in telecommunications or renewables real estate or lease administration
• Certifications such as CAPM is a plus
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting systems such as Salesforce and Excel
• Ability to understand technical reports and specifications
