Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Real Estate Specialist III, responsible for site acquisition and project completion for the 5G Home Ready Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site acquisition and ensure project timelines are met
• Manage regulatory requirements and ensure compliance across all project phases
• Track vendor performance and maintain project budgets while communicating status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in wireless real estate or project management
• Proven expertise in PMO tracking and high-level project reporting
• Deep experience in MACRO Real Estate (New Build, Colocation, and Rawland)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in Real Estate, Law, or Project Management
