Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of real estate portfolio strategies, the full-time Real Estate Strategy Associate will manage client projects, conduct analyses, and collaborate with senior leadership while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee portfolio plans aligned with client real estate goals and objectives
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, organizing data for client presentations
  • Support the development of strategic plans and provide real estate advice to clients
Required qualifications
  • University Degree and/or College Diploma
  • 5 years of data and analytics experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, and other database systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in leading Real Estate Strategy preferred
