Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Real Estate Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Set and execute strategy for the Real Estate Partnerships team, including project management of larger initiatives
Develop and refine prospecting processes, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure best practices for sales activities
Leverage AI to enhance sales processes and support the sales team with performance metrics and analytics

Required Qualifications

4-year bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, or equivalent
8+ years of work experience in professional services or a related field
3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably with remote or global teams
Strong quantitative analytics skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in deploying AI and automation to improve processes
