Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Tax Lease Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection and accuracy of real estate property taxes and exemptions
• Prepare financial analyses and maintain the property and lease management database
• Ensure timely filing of tax exemptions and payments, and support tax appeals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance required
• 3 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Services
• 2 years of experience with property tax exemption filings
• Working knowledge of real estate terms and processes
• Experience in Database Management
