Real Estate Title Curative Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a REO / CWCOT Title Curative, Default Services professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitment for clearance and ensure all items are accounted for
• Resolve rejected curative issues and address inquiries from clients or internal staff
• Review daily reports to ensure completion of assigned duties and maintain open communication with management and clients

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Practical work experience within the real estate industry and/or a vendor management service company
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and curative process
• Proven customer service skills
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software products and Excel (V Look Ups and Reports)
