Job Summary

To support AI training initiatives, a remote contractor position for a Real Estate Trainer will design complex, realistic tasks based on real-world experiences in the Real Estate and Rental and Leasing sector, focusing on creating authentic workplace requests and polished deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop realistic AI-training tasks that replicate genuine workplace requests in the real estate sector
• Produce authentic source files and ideal finished deliverables that meet professional standards
• Establish clear evaluation criteria for assessing the correctness and completeness of responses

Required qualifications

• Based in the United States with native or native-level English proficiency
• Real work experience in the US Real Estate and Rental and Leasing sector, familiar with relevant documents and workflows
• Ability to write authentic workplace requests and create polished deliverables
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding accuracy in figures, terminology, and document structure
• Reliable and self-directed, capable of maintaining consistent output quality in a remote environment
