Real Estate Transaction Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction Attorney to manage complex real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements and leases
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing of large-scale land assets across multiple jurisdictions
• Review title reports and assist with title curative matters while collaborating with internal teams

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience in real estate transactions, preferably with large land portfolios or REITs
• Strong experience with leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and title/survey review
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with renewable energy, timberland, or mineral rights preferred
