Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Director to oversee a transaction management team in commercial real estate activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily activities and establish work schedules for the team
• Support acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities in alignment with client goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson license is required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products is necessary
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations is essential
