Real Estate Transaction Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the transaction management team, the full-time West Region Transaction Director will manage commercial real estate transactions, including lease negotiations and property dispositions, while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for the transaction management team
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure project alignment with client goals
• Evaluate financial analyses and prepare client report packages, ensuring quality assurance and tracking of performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate Salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations and convey sensitive information effectively
