Job Summary

Overseeing a team of transaction management professionals, the full-time Healthcare Transaction Director will manage commercial real estate activities including lease negotiations, renewals, and property dispositions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training for team members, including conducting performance evaluations and managing recruitment
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff to ensure adherence to client-driven priorities
• Evaluate financial analyses and prepare client report packages, delivering effective presentations to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• Healthcare transactions experience is preferred
• Real Estate Salesperson license required
• Proven leadership skills in staffing, training, and performance management
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills
