Job Summary

Overseeing a transaction management team, the full-time Remote Real Estate Transaction Director will manage commercial real estate activities, including lease negotiations and property dispositions, while providing staff supervision and implementing strategic real estate plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for team members
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Evaluate financial analysis and prepare client report packages while ensuring adherence to client priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Real Estate Salesperson license required
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage targets impacting departmental results
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced organizational skills
