Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope definition
• Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent
• Coordinate sales negotiations, monitor lease expirations, and manage the disposition of surplus space

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
• Leadership skills to influence team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
