Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for a portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with client goals and manage project initiation and scope definition
• Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent, including leases and lease renewals
• Track transaction activities, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Leadership skills to motivate team effectiveness
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
