Real Estate Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to support real estate transaction activities for a high-tech client.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic goals and manage project initiation
• Negotiate business terms as both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent, including leases and renewals
• Track transaction activities, prepare reports, and maintain a project tracking system for timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transaction experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Leadership skills to motivate team performance and improve job quality and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
