Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties
• Negotiate business terms and conditions as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent
• Track transaction and project activity, prepare reports, and maintain a real estate project tracking system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
