Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to oversee real estate transaction activities for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate plans aligning with client goals, including project initiation and prioritization
• Negotiate business terms as a landlord/seller or tenant/buyer agent and coordinate sales negotiations
• Track transaction activities, prepare reports, and maintain a project tracking system for timely completion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience
• Real Estate salesperson license required
• Leadership skills to enhance team performance and quality
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and sophisticated math abilities for financial calculations
